Crynodeb
Wycliffe College is seeking a professional, organised and approachable Administrator to work in the School Office, at their Prep School.
The role provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Prep School. Responsibilities include front office and reception duties, maintaining parent and pupil records, and supporting trips, co-curricular activities, events, parents’ evenings and awards. You will also assist with data reporting, compliance, health and safety, and preparation for the start of each academic year.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy office environment, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication and organisational abilities. A friendly, flexible ‘can-do’ attitude is essential, along with the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends.Terms of Appointment
This is a permanent position, offered on a part-time, part-year basis during our published term dates and an additional three weeks to be worked during school holidays (this can be flexible depending on circumstances). During term time, working hours are 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times.
Salary: £15,605 per annum
