Our ward administrators provide valuable support and therefore are crucial to the smooth running of the service. What youll do: Work as part of the administration team providing administrative support to clinical colleagues. Undertake reception and general administration duties, including answering the telephone, arranging appointments, scanning into clinical records, meeting and greeting families and visitors to ward areas. What were looking for: You will be supportive, kind, caring and empathetic in your approach to patients and families accessing our service. Provide excellent customer service with a can do attitude and have experience of dealing with the general public. Be familiar and confident in the use of Microsoft software, please demonstrate this knowledge in your application. Be a team player, embrace fresh ideas and engage with change positively. Be flexible with working patterns. Shift are rostered, 6 weeks in advance, and will include a combination of early shifts (7.00 am 3.00 pm), late shifts (1.00 pm 9.00 pm), long days (7.00 am 5.00 pm) and twilight shifts (4.30 pm 12.30 am). Due to the nature of the role, there are no working from home possibilities.
