Role and Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care through face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations Manage a clinical caseload including long-term conditions and acute presentations Undertake appropriate prescribing, referrals, and follow-up Complete clinical administration efficiently, including results management and correspondence Participate in practice meetings, clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives Work collaboratively within the practice and wider PCN team Contribute to training and supervision where appropriate
