*PERM POSITION - SITE MANAGER*
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the internal package on a 7-storey apartment development.
This role will take full responsibility for managing all internal works including dry lining, joinery, M&E coordination, plastering, decorating and snagging, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and programme delivery throughout.
The successful candidate will be confident coordinating multiple trades, driving internal sequencing and delivering high-quality finishes across apartments and communal areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all internal trades and subcontractors
- Driving programme and ensuring smooth trade sequencing
- Maintaining high standards of H&S and quality control
- Overseeing snagging and handover of units and communal areas
- Reporting progress to the project team
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing internals on residential/apartment projects
- Strong knowledge of dry lining, joinery and M&E coordination
- SMSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
