This is an ideal role for someone like you, this is based in Nottingham and will require some travel to sites.

What you'll be doing:
- Work with the Head of Cost Control to assist in cost estimates and tender submissions for refurbishment schemes.
- Input data to ensure all information is ready to be prepared accurately and within the timelines set.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain pricing up to date and resolve any issues.
What you'll need:
- Ideally, you'll have HNC/HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction or any other related subjects.
- Some experience is great but not necessary
- Proficient in working with computers.
- UK Driving Licence
- A desire to learn
