This role plays a vital part in supporting the Datashred and Technology Compliance teams, helping to ensure that compliance, training and quality standards are consistently maintained across all sites and departments.
You will be central to keeping systems, records and documentation accurate and up to date, supporting audits, accreditations and business continuity, and acting as a key point of contact for compliance-related queries. Your work will help embed best practice across the organisation and support both operational teams and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Safety Media e-learning and training system, ensuring all records remain accurate, live and up to date
Produce and circulate monthly Safety Media reports and reminders to site managers and department heads, highlighting overdue or incomplete training
Efficiently manage compliance and quality inboxes, responding professionally and in a timely manner
Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) management and documentation
Maintain a central repository and PQQ documentation for customer and supplier questionnaires
Assist sites, departments and the compliance team with document control and version management
Manage compliance certificates, awards and registers, ensuring review dates, renewals and stakeholder communications are actioned on time
Track and manage overdue audit and inspection findings, supporting timely closure and compliance
About You:
Previous experience in a compliance, quality, administration or document control role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident using systems and databases, with the ability to maintain accurate records
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and positive approach
Comfortable working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders across the business
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently when required
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
A methodical and structured approach, with an interest in compliance, quality and best practice
