Hays Education is looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to inspire and support young people across the beautiful coastal town of Lytham St. Annes.

Your new role
- Supervise classes during the teacher's absence.
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans with opportunities to cover specialised subjects such as maths, science, English and P.E.
- Maintain classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment.
- Support pupils with their work as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- You do not need to have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or subject specialism for the role.
- However, you must have experience working with young people either in a school setting or other environments such as youth care, social care, charity work or mentoring.
- Experience in behavioural management.
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive in supporting schools at short notice.
- The right to work in the UK with an enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.
