The Role
As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
• Working closely with class teachers across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils to reinforce learning and boost confidence.
• Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and learning resources.
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required.
• Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Gaining first-hand experience of the primary curriculum and effective classroom practice.
This is a varied and rewarding role that offers an excellent insight into day-to-day school life.
Candidate Profile
KPI Education is looking to hear from graduates who:
• Hold a degree in any subject (Education, Psychology, English, or Humanities are desirable but not essential).
