As a Service Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class Helpdesk, Portering, and Housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
The Role
Plan, organise, and coordinate service operations to meet financial and performance targets.
Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership.
Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team.
Create and manage departmental schedules for your team.
Deliver an exceptional level of service within your area of responsibility.
Use all equipment safely and correctly.
Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
Report any hazards, near misses, or safety concerns promptly to your manager.
About You
Excellent customer service skills.
Reliable, hardworking, and professional in approach.
A team player who works well with colleagues and customers.
Able to communicate politely and effectively with all site users.
Strong attention to detail, maintaining exceptional standards.
Able to work effectively on your own initiative.
Strong leadership skills.
Relevant experience in Healthcare Portering, Helpdesk, and supervising operations.
