- Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents/guardians
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation to track student performance and communicate effectively with the wider support team
- Participating in team meetings, professional development sessions, and other collaborative activities to ensure a consistent and well-rounded approach to student support
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students under your care

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant degree or diploma in education, special needs, or a related field
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) working as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the willingness to adjust your approach to meet the unique needs of each student
- A patient, empathetic, and nurturing disposition, with a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest teaching and learning strategies, as well as relevant legislation and best practices in the field of special education
- A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel within the Ealing area, as required

In return for your dedication and expertise, our client is offering a competitive salary range of £95 - £110 per day, depending on your qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be based in Ealing, Greater London.

If you are excited by the prospect of making a meaningful difference in the lives of our students and are ready to join a supportive and collaborative team, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position. Please submit your CV and a covering letter outlining your suitability for the role.
