- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Creating a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development
- Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN professionals
- Contributing to EHCP targets, reviews, and personalised learning plans
