As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to a pupil who benefits from structured routines, emotional regulation strategies, and positive behaviour support. You will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to help the pupil engage with learning, develop confidence, and feel safe and supported throughout the school day.
