Hours:
* Monday-Thursday: 08:30 - 13:00
* Friday: 08:30 - 12:30
(22 hours per week. Some flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.)

About the Role
A proactive and enthusiastic Logistics Administrator / Warehouse Operative is required to support a busy logistics and operations environment. This role involves a mixture of administrative tasks and hands‑on warehouse duties, ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. It's ideal for someone organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a small but fast‑paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Checking and booking in incoming shipments
* Organising stock and placing goods in correct locations
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
* Raising invoices and completing associated paperwork
* Managing material returns and arranging collections
* Providing shipment tracking numbers
* Labelling and handling Dangerous Goods appropriately
* Weekly cycle counting and mini audits
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Packing items for dispatch
* Maintaining accurate records for hire stock, proof of deliveries, and certificates of conformity
* Handling customs‑related enquiries and documentation
* General warehouse housekeeping
* Any other reasonable tasks requested by management
About You
Experience & Knowledge:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
* Good understanding of storing and packing Dangerous Goods (training can be provided)
Skills & Attributes:
* Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
* Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities
* Able to work independently and use initiative
* Good communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and manage a varied workload
* Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
* Team‑oriented with a positive approach
