Elite Personnel is working in partnership with a forward-thinking and expanding law firm that is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to strengthen its established team.
This role offers the chance to handle a diverse and stimulating commercial property caseload, acting for a broad range of clients including business owners, developers, and landowners, while being part of a firm that places real emphasis on collaboration and career development.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Preparation and renewal of commercial leases for both landlords and tenants
• Deeds of Grant, Variation, and Assignment
• Overage and related property agreements
Key aspects of the role include:
• Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation
• Delivering clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
• Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Contributing to business development initiatives and team growth
About You
• Admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• Solid technical expertise in commercial property law
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• A proactive team player with the ability to work independently
