JOB TITLE – Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker
JOB DESCRIPTION
Care Connection Partners is an award-winning, market-leading Healthcare Recruitment Agency that focuses on values, not profit.
Following our recent expansion into the West Midlands we are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our family.
We pride ourselves on the quality of care given and have extremely high standards.
These roles will be ongoing, with varying hours between 6 and 12 per shift. We will have days, nights and weekends available as we build our list of care home and supported living contracts in the area.
As well as the normal compliance requirements as a carer, you must have proof of:
• All mandatory training (in date), plus the following certificates (we can offer free online training for the below extra modules if necessary):
o Communication
o Dementia Awareness
o Duty of Care
o Privacy & Dignity in Care
o Fluids & Nutrition
o Person-Centred Care
o The Buccal Route of Medication
o Understanding Behaviour that Challenges
o Caring for Someone with Epilepsy
o Oral Health & Dysphagia
o Medication Administration
• An Enhanced DBS Certificate issued within the last 18 months
• A valid Right to Work in the UK
• Minimum 6 months experience in a UK care and/or support environment (with 2 references)
• Driving License and access to a vehicle is advantageous but not essential

• Do you have a driving license and access to a vehicle? (Non-Deal Breaker)
