As a Service Support Engineer Apprentice, you’ll learn how first line support works in a managed services environment, focusing on telephony, VoIP, and connectivity. Reporting to the Service Support Team Lead at Telappliant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer calls and tickets, logging faults, assisting with basic troubleshooting, escalating issues when needed, and keeping customers updated. You’ll work towards a Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship (Digital Communications Pathway) over 18 months, with 20% of your time dedicated to off-the-job learning. No previous experience is required, just an interest in telecoms, technology, and customer service.
