Key Responsibilities
Support students’ learning by offering encouragement, guidance, and a positive presence
Help create a calm, inclusive classroom where every student feels supported
Assist with activities, lessons, and small‑group tasks to keep students engaged
Provide gentle, tailored support to pupils who need an extra boost
Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment where wellbeing comes first
Work alongside teachers and staff to help students achieve their personal goals
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds. You might have experience in education, childcare, youth work, care, coaching, or community support — or simply a strong interest in helping young people succeed.
We’re looking for individuals who are:
Confident supporting children or young people
Comfortable using basic digital tools
Patient, positive, and great at communicating
Adaptable and happy working as part of a team
