General Science Teacher – Full-time, supply role starting as soon as possible These flexible opportunities are ideal for General Science Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings.Duties as General Science Teacher:
- Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Monitor and assess pupil progress in line with school policies
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development
- Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and promote student well-being
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Science in secondary schools
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management
- Flexible, adaptable and confident in new environments
- Committed to fostering a positive learning environment
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
