Support safe, timely, and effective use of medicines across the Emergency Department Conduct medication histories and medicines reconciliation for expected admissions. Assist in the supply, stock control, and optimisation of medication usage at ward level Work closely with pharmacists, nursing staff, and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless medicines-related care.
