For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification: 2.1. Work closely with the Pharmacy Homecare Technician to ensure smooth running of the Homecare service.2.2. To process homecare prescriptions accurately, including scanning and securely emailing them to the appropriate homecare provider.2.3. To manage operational tasks related to homecare services, including handling provider queries, reconciling invoices, and ensuring timely processing within the EPIC system.2.4. To manage and update Homecare Database and Microsoft Teams Homecare channels daily.2.5. To liaise with patients with respect to registration and explain the homecare process at point of consent (if/when required).2.6. To liaise with the Specialist Pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure new patients are registered and the prescriptions obtained, and all prescribing requirements are met.2.7. To plan workload and ensure daily, weekly and monthly timetables are met together with other schedules.
