Indentify HCSWs who are failing to meet targets. Report any concerns to the line manager identifying issues outside their level of competence. Planning, preparing and teaching. Support wider Practice Facilitator Team within scope of practice Prioritise areas for development, identify current performance requirements relevant to own practice and stay up to date with current practice. Seek feedback, collect information and continually reflect on own performance. Record keeping. Maintain mandatory training in line with Trust policy. Follow Trust policies. Undertake relevant teaching courses. Act as an excellent role model. Work with managers to support HCSWs performance, conduct and professionalism. Demonstrate excellent customer care. Act within limits of own competence.
