Are you an experienced Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a well-established business based in Falkirk, is seeking a motivated and hands-on Supervisor to lead their team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within their busy warehousing and transport environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support and motivate a team to achieve daily operational targets.
- Manage staff across various shift patterns and rotas.
- Oversee warehousing and transport activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and ensure company compliance policies are followed.
- Use Microsoft programs confidently for reporting, scheduling, and communication.
- Identify and resolve operational issues through proactive problem-solving.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and other departments.
About You:
- Proven supervisory or team leader experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Background in warehousing and transport operations.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance processes.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
