Join a leading name in the furniture industry, known for quality and exceptional customer service. We're currently looking for reliable, physically fit Van Drivers to join our 2-person home delivery crew, delivering high-end furniture directly to customers' homes.
Job Role::
- Driving a 3.5T van as part of a 2-person delivery team
- Delivering premium furniture into customers' homes - room of choice delivery
- Heavy lifting involved - must be comfortable handling large, bulky items with a partner
- Providing excellent customer service during every delivery
- Performing basic assembly on some items (e.g., attaching legs to tables, fitting headboards)
Requirements needed:
- Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Physically fit - this is a hands-on, active role with heavy lifting
- Experience in home delivery or working in 2-person crews preferred
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to carry out light assembly work when required
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
