A full time band 8b Deputy Clinical Lead position has arisen in Ealing NHS Talking Therapies. This post is suitable for a qualified and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, Clinical Health Psychologist, High Intensity Therapist or CBT Therapist.
The Ealing team is an exceptionalTalking Therapiesservice based close to Ealing Broadway tube station and a smaller base in Southall. The large and friendly team consists of approximately 120 clinicians who provide a service across the borough of Ealing.
EalingTalking Therapieswant to ensure that our effective treatments are accessible to the entire community, including those from BAME groups. We would therefore be delighted to receive applications from clinicians who are interested in service development with the BAME community and supporting the service in increasing diversity more broadly.
This key role involves working closely with theTalking TherapiesClinical Lead and the other Deputy Clinical Lead, in order to deliver an excellent and innovative service. The successful applicant will benefit from working in an exciting and supportive team and there is significant scope to lead on areas of service development and flexibility to pursue specific areas of interest. There is protected time for clinical work and relevant clinical CPD. There are strong links with the two otherTalking Therapiesservices within the Trust who are a supportive peer group who work collaboratively to improve service delivery.
We are looking for someone who excels as a clinician and leader and who relishes a challenging and diverse role. Successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal and clinical skills and will demonstrate a commitment to continued service development and quality improvement. You will have experience in the operational management of an Talking Therapies service, a proven track record of Talking Therapiesline management and performance management, a detailed understanding of theTalking Therapieskey performance indicators, the ability to deliver a high volume and high quality clinical service, a good understanding of all aspects of clinical governance and a firm commitment to the promotion of staff wellbeing.
