We are looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join our friendly and supportive early years team on a maternity cover basis, starting June/July 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident practitioner who enjoys leading a room, inspiring others, and providing high-quality care and education for young children.
About the Role:
• Lead and inspire a room team to deliver outstanding practice
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance
• Support and mentor practitioners within the room
What We’re Looking For:
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or a strong practitioner ready to step up
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A caring, enthusiastic, and professional approach
