We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in one of our London venues.

Location: Central London

Rate of Pay: £45,000 per annum plus up to a 6k performance related bonus

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00am - 17:00pm / 10:00am - 18:00pm,

Key Responsibility:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on room hire, food and beverage.
  • Design, plan and deliver a sales plan and strategy, working alongside the Marketing & Events Manager
  • Grow the business through maximising uptake and spend per head
  • Identify new business opportunities, demonstrate and implement innovation whenever possible
  • Proactively grow and develop relationships with prospective and existing key account
  • Ensure all sales collateral is in line with the venue’s marketing plan
  • Create quality proposals for our clients – corporate, private and social
  • Oversee and manage invoicing and payment for the events
  • To win and retain business and to promote awareness of all facilities and services available
  • Manage motivate, support, drive, provide guidance and development for all members of the onsite sales team

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Design compelling sales proposals that tell the venue’s story
  • Great team management skills
  • Proactivity in dealing with all enquiries (telephone / email) to ensure that they are dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner.
