As the face of the hotel throughout the night, you will ensure guest safety, security and comfort while maintaining the standards expected at Fanhams Hall. Key Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours • Carry out regular security and safety checks across the property • Assist with late arrivals and early departures • Set up public areas for the following day, ensuring cleanliness and presentation • Respond to guest requests and emergencies calmly and efficiently • Complete night audits and required administrative tasks • Liaise with the day team to ensure smooth handovers
Person Specification • Previous night porter, security or hospitality experience preferred but not essential • Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently • Calm, professional manner with good communication skills • Strong attention to detail and awareness of safety procedures • Comfortable working night shifts, including weekends • A positive and helpful approach to guest service
