• Supporting Year 5 pupils in English, maths, and across the curriculum
• Delivering targeted interventions and enrichment activities
• Assisting the class teacher with planning, differentiation, and assessment
• Championing pupils' emotional, social, and academic wellbeing
• Helping to adapt resources for varying learning needs including SEN
• Leading small groups & inspiring independent learning
• Building trustful rapport with pupils, staff, and families
