The Clock House Nursery, Lymington are looking to build a core group of experienced Bank Staff to support our team.
At our nurseries, our dedication to childcare aims to exceed every parent’s expectations. This ethos requires a reliable, passionate and motivated team. If you possess these attributes and want to be part of something special, then we’d love to hear from you.
Skills, Qualities and (desired) Qualifications:
- Flexibility to support the nursery as 'bank staff'.
- Out of term time holiday cover.
- Experience and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- A kind and caring attitude to both children and adults, offering big, warm hugs whenever required.
- A commitment to the provision of high-quality childcare and being a ‘team player’ (even when the ‘going gets tough’).
- An understanding of the importance of safeguarding, health and safety and food hygiene in the workplace, and a willingness to attend training courses in these areas.
- An up to date Paediatric First Aid course, or willingness to attend such course.
- Punctuality, patience, reliability, trustworthiness and flexibility; with excellent communication skills too!
- And not to forget, always having eyes in the back of your head!
