Summary
Our client is expanding their domiciliary care services and is looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead and manage the service during this growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and relevant legislation
- Lead, support, and supervise care staff
Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance
- Maintain high standards of person-centred care
- Liaise with service users, families, and external professionals
Requirements
- Proven and substantial experience within domiciliary care (essential)
- Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager or Deputy Manager
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care compliance
- Ability to provide verifiable references
- Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
-Must have a full driving license and access to a vehicle.
