Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor working within an Automotive dealership in the Bicester area.
Our Client is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor / Parts Person to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals.
Benefits:
- Starting salary up to £28-30,000 per annum pending experience and current earnings.
- Performance-related bonus scheme of up to £3,000 per annum.
- Overtime, subject to availability, paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half.
- Full in-house and manufacturer-approved training.
- 22 days annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays, with your holiday allowance increasing over the length of service.

- 44.5 hours per week Monday to Friday over three different shifts (7:00am-4:00pm, 8:00am-5:00pm, and 9:00am-6:00pm) with 30 minutes daily unpaid lunch break.
- 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm
Requirements:
- Have previous working experience in a busy Parts Department.
- A strong Communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public
- An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service
- Experience in using Motor Trade Parts Systems
As a Parts Advisor for our client, you will be vital to the business’s success, supplying both Trade and Retail Customers with parts. You will be required to serve on both the Front and Back counters serving both Retail customers and the workshop.
The salary for this Parts Advisor position is up to £30000.
Hours of work in this role are 44.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday shift rota with 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am-12:00pm.
