- Oversee both sales and after-sales divisions, ensuring they meet or exceed financial and performance targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth and profitability objectives
- Drive a high-performance culture by rewarding success and managing underperformance effectively
- Oversee dealership marketing initiatives to support business objectives and enhance brand visibility
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Prepare and finalise dealership reports in accordance with group reporting frameworks
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head of Business, Dealer Principal, or General Manager within the automotive sector
- Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a professional and composed approach
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and overcoming potential barriers
- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Ability to develop strategic plans and implement initiatives that drive performance
