Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm with 60 minute lunch break.

We are looking to fill a Vehicle Administrator role in the automotive industry in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently, and all customer enquiries are resolved in a timely manner.

Vehicle Administrator Role
- Ensure all vehicle order information and documentation are accurate and up to date, helping deliver a smooth and professional experience for every customer
- Manage registration and taxation for new vehicles, handling documentation with precision to guarantee everything is completed correctly the first time
- Work closely with the sales team to support the entire sales process - from initial enquiry through to handover, delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way
- Process invoices and register manufacturer warranties efficiently, maintaining up-to-date and compliant records across all systems
- Work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate reconciliation of vehicle stocks
Vehicle Administrator Requirements
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator or Motor Trade Sales Administrator is ideal but not essential
- At minimum you must have an extensive proven background in administration
