-embeds Christian values across the curriculum
- demonstrates clear evidence of teaching consistently to a ‘good’ or
‘outstanding’ standard
-effectively communicate with parents and other stake holders
- develops good personal relationships within a team;
- has high expectations of all pupils and promote a thirst for learning
-creates an inviting learning environment
- has excellent organisational skills
- promotes excellent behaviour for learning
- has recent experience and knowledge of teaching within the Early Years
