Actual Salary: £23,642 - £26,516 per annum

We are seeking a committed and professional Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality support to students studying A Level and other Level 3 qualifications, enabling them to engage effectively with their learning and achieve positive academic and personal outcomes. This role is central to ensuring that all students are supported in developing the skills required for further study, employment, or training.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build professional and supportive relationships with young adults.
