Teacher of A Level Maths
Permanent, Full Time
SFCA Teaching Pay Scale Pts.1-9, £33,465-£51,714 per annum,dependent upon qualifications and experience
Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College’s popularity and success are built upon our commitment to provide our students with the best possible learning experience and the highest standards of support and guidance. We are proud of our dedicated staff and our vibrant student community, as evidenced by our recent Ofsted Inspection, which rated the College as “Outstanding” for Overall Effectiveness and in all other areas., with no recommendations for improvement.
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational full-time teacher of A Level Maths to join our experienced team of 5 specialist teachers from August 2026. The team currently delivers Pearson Edexcel Maths (9MAO) and Pearson Edexcel Further Maths (9FMO). Both courses are popular with over 300 students currently studying A level Maths at QE.
Teachers in the department have very high expectations of both themselves and their students, and the College is committed to developing a wide range of teaching for learning strategies. The ability to contribute to the teaching of A Level Further Maths or GCSE Maths would be advantageous.
We welcome applications from colleagues with a background of teaching in schools or colleges.
