Class 1 Driver - ADR & Non‑ADR Available - Skelmersdale

Monday to Friday | Ongoing Work | 50 Hours Guaranteed

We're recruiting an additional Class 1 (HGV C+E) Driver based in Skelmersdale due to increased workload and the introduction of a new unit.

The Role

• Shunting and delivering trailers between:
  • The main Skelmersdale site
  • Liverpool Dock
  • Heysham Dock
  • Various customer sites
• No handball - strictly trailer moves and pulling curtains.
• Start times vary, typically from around 6:00am.
• Long-term, ongoing work with a stable, reliable schedule.

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Guaranteed 50 hours per week

Pay Rates

Non‑ADR:

• £16.00 per hour PAYE
• £20.01 per hour (including holiday pay)

ADR:

• £17.00 per hour PAYE
• £20.83 per hour (including holiday pay)

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• ADR licence (optional - enhanced rate applies)
• Professional, reliable and safety‑focused driver
