The Headteacher and Governing Board at Willow Grove Primary School are looking to employ an energetic and highly motivated Lunchtime Assistant to join our team in supervising children on the school premises during the midday break, ensuring children eat their meals, play safely and behave responsibly.
Willow Grove Primary School is an SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) school for children aged 5-11 years old. The main duties of this post include:
- Engaging with the children, supporting them to eat their lunchtime meal safely and respectfully.
- Supporting to set up the dining furniture prior to lunchtime
- Resetting the Hall after lunch break.
- Support the teachers and teaching assistants in ensuring calm and safe behaviours in the Hall
- Embracing and modelling the schools values of ‘Be Kind, Be Safe, Be Positive’ at all times
