Location: NN17 5BB
Hours: Monday to Friday [Rotating Shifts must be worked]

  • 06:00 - 14:00
  • 14:00 - 22:00
  • 22:00 - 06:00

Pay Rates:

  • £12.67 per hour [Days & Backs]
  • £14.57 per hour [Nights]
    40 hours per week + overtime available
    Free onsite parking
About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Packer to join a growing and friendly production team. Due to increased orders, our client is expanding and offering excellent long-term career progression opportunities.

This position is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a production, manufacturing, or packing environment and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Duties
  • Packing products efficiently on a production line
  • Inspecting items for defects or damage before packaging
  • Completing paperwork to company standards
  • Working to daily production targets while maintaining accuracy
  • Palletising boxes in line with quality requirements
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Packer, Machine Operator, Packing Operator, or Production Assistant
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn company processes

Full one-to-one support and training will be provided to help you settle into the role.
