Luma Education Recruitment is proud to represent a leading SEN school in Leicester, seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors and Unqualified Teachers to support pupils with complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity for temp-to-perm roles, with multiple permanent positions available, including leadership and teaching opportunities.

Key Responsibilities as Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teacher:
• Deliver pre-planned lessons independently during teacher absences
• Support class teachers with planning, marking, and assessments
• Provide 1:1 and small group booster sessions
• Cover PPA periods and assist with classroom organisation
• Create engaging classroom and wall displays
• Deliver interventions in Behaviour, Literacy, Numeracy, and Social Skills
Requirements for SEN Cover Supervisor / Teaching Roles
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
• Relevant qualifications, training, or experience
• Desirable: Full UK driving licence and access to a car
