This is a great opportunity to join our established and supportive Business Support Team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Parking Business Support function, where you will provide essential administrative support and deliver excellent customer service to our customers and partner businesses.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and strong IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures.
In this role, you will work closely with the parking team to monitor income and cash‑collection audits, process invoices, ensure contracts meet agreed SLAs, liaise with stakeholders, produce reports, and respond to complaints and Freedom of Information requests. You will also prepare formal representations and monitor the performance of Civil Enforcement Officers and car parks. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and build your career within a friendly, forward‑thinking team. If you have the right skills, capability and attitude to help drive our services forward, we would love to hear from you.
