Summary

Join our team as a Fleet Environmental Co-ordinator!

We're thrilled to be recruiting a Fleet Environmental Co-ordinator to join Platform Housing Group, one of the largest social housing providers in the Midlands, as part of our Property Care directorate.

This role will support our transition to Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, as we continue to lead the way in rolling out our EV fleet and managing EV solutions across the business.

In this exciting role, you'll collaborate with colleagues and partners across the business to coordinate the installation, commissioning and ongoing management of EV charging points across our portfolio, with initial focus on our Lincolnshire areas.

As a Fleet Environmental Co-ordinator, you'll:

-Assist the end-to-end delivery and management of EV charging infrastructure projects

-Coordinate stakeholders, installers, DNOs, and suppliers, acting as the main point of contact for EV-related queries

-Maintain accurate records of EV charging assets, contracts, compliance, and performance

-Ensure chargers are installed, commissioned, maintained, and optimised for use

-Manage stock levels, purchase orders, financial tracking, and identify cost savings

-Support vehicle handovers and Salary Sacrifice demo vehicle coordination

Some of the things we're looking for:

-Experience in fleet management within a multi-site organisation

-Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once

-Experience maintaining fleet, asset or information management systems

-Confident written and verbal communication skills

-Competence in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills

-A proactive, self-starting approach with a strong focus on quality, value for money and customer service

-Experience delivering EV charging infrastructure is desirable
