Crynodeb
The main duties and responsibilities of this post are: *Participating in the face to face assessment and management of hospice inpatients, reviewing new admissions and those with more complex issues on a day to day basis *Providing clinical supervision and coordination of clinical work for core trainees on the hospice ward *Working closely with other members of the multi-disciplinary hospice team, providing holistic care for patients *Having the opportunity to see other aspects of hospice care including outpatients, day therapy and community palliative care *Ensuring a safe and high standard of care for all patients
