Carry out patient consultations via telephone, face-to-face, online triage and occasional home visits where clinically appropriate. Take part, pro rata, in the duty rota. Prescribe in accordance with prescribing guidelines. Process administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner, including referrals, pathology results, clinic letters and discharge summaries, repeat prescriptions, and other documentation. Maintain clear and accurate clinical records in line with agreed professional standards.
