Crynodeb
These vacancies are open to individuals who: Have never worked in Healthcare but are interested in a change of career, or have previous healthcare experience, but would like to enter the NHS. Have a genuine desire to work in a healthcare setting, Have previous work experience and can demonstrate transferable skills, Are able to commit to a full week of induction training at the start of employment, Are able to work flexibly across a range of shifts (days, nights and weekends) to meet the needs of our services, Are capable of successfully completing the mandatory Care Certificate training, Hold GSCE Maths and English grade C/4 or above (or a comparable international qualification) Or is capable of successfully completing Level 2 functional skills within 12 months. Applicants who do not hold the relevant qualifications will be required to take an assessment at interview stage and must also meet the following eligibility criteria: Aged 19 or over, Living in England, Lived in the UK or EU/EEA for the last 3 years, Not currently enrolled on any other government funded course or started another application for one.
