Summary
The successful candidate would join the other Respiratory Consultants, Infectious Diseases Consultant & Paediatrician in the team. They are expected to work closely with the current multidisciplinary team to sustain current capacity of the TB & COPD Services with a view to expand in the near future, ensure the smooth flow from diagnosis to treatment & follow up, including developing innovative ways of working to sustain increasing patient load, contribute to the Respiratory & Acute Medicine on call rota. Support development of the TB and COPD Services to ensure that we are working with the best innovative ways of working Work closely with multidisciplinary team & developing innovative ways of working to sustain increasing patient load Contribute to the Respiratory & Acute Medicine on call rota Perform bronchoscopies & pleural procedures To take an active role in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching Active participation in research within the department.
