About the Role:

As a Joiner, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality repairs, planned works and specialist disabled adaptation installations, helping customers live safely and independently in their homes. From bathroom and wet‑room installations to a variety of responsive and planned works, you’ll ensure every job is completed to exceptional standards.



Your key responsibilities will include:

Carrying out high‑quality joinery work across responsive repairs, voids and planned maintenance.
Delivering bathroom and wet‑room installations ensuring excellent finish and functionality.
Using cross‑trade skills in plumbing, tiling and plastering to deliver end‑to‑end adaptations and home improvements.
Maintaining accurate records, following schedules of rates and using provided technology to log all work.
Ensuring safe working practices, risk assessments and compliance with Health & Safety legislation at all times.
Representing Plus Dane professionally and providing outstanding service to customers and residents.



What You’ll Bring

NVQ Level 3 in Joinery, or Level 2 with strong relevant experience.
Essential experience in bathroom and wet‑room installation and working on responsive, void and planned building maintenance.
Cross‑trade ability in plumbing, tiling and plastering.
Strong understanding of health & safety and safe working practices.
Confident using IT systems to record and manage job information.
Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, adapting to changing priorities.

Please note that this role requires travel between properties using a company vehicle, so a valid driving licence is essential. If you receive an offer, you will be asked to provide evidence of your qualifications—like original certificates—as part of the onboarding process before your appointment is confirmed.

This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week. You will be working across various locations in Merseyside.




You’ll be generously rewarded with a competitive salary and a great benefits package, including 35 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays. This includes a 3-day Christmas closedown between Christmas and New Year and you have the option to buy up to 5 extra days annually.
