Summary

As an IT apprentice, you will working on some exciting new networking projects and also be part of a wider IT support function. Sometimes working offsite, you will be involved in full network rebuilds. Some daily tasks but not limited too;

· Cabling

· Network troubleshooting

· Network test and terminate

· Network configuration

· Network management

· Managed Services and/or client facing environment exposure

· Server support

· Answering customer support calls

· First line support
