The Role
Kickstart your property maintenance career and make a real difference! Join us as a Maintenance Operative and help improve the lives of people using P3 Charity’s services by keeping their homes safe, comfortable and well-maintained. Working across Gloucestershire, you’ll gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a supportive, community-focused environment.
What you’ll do
- Carry out weekly maintenance checks across our properties.
- Handle general repairs to buildings, fixtures, and fittings, both inside and out.
- Take on tasks such as: Painting and decorating, basic electrical and plumbing work, minor DIY and refurbishment tasks.
- Ensure our properties remain safe, functional and welcoming for all residents.
- Work closely with a variety of people, showing initiative and a proactive approach.
