Crynodeb
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support Company Director. This is a varied role requiring excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across care services and boatyard business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, correspondence, and document preparation.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications with professionalism.
Coordinate payroll and financial administration processes.
Manage bookings and scheduling systems to support operational requirements.
Liaise with teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Prepare invoices, contracts, and reports in line with company procedures.
Oversee travel arrangements, insurance renewals, and compliance documentation.
Monitor accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices.
Undertake additional duties as required to support the Director and the wider business.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Proven experience in executive support or a similar administrative role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic business environment.
Competence in using office software and online booking/finance systems.
